SHIPPING
At TheLilCaliph we ship most orders within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday subject to stock availability via Pos Malaysia on two options; the Courier Service or the Normal Parcel Services by Pos Malaysia.
Local Orders
All local orders less than 2kg come with a flat rate of RM7 regardless of order total via Normal Parcel Service by Pos Malaysia. However, Normal Parcel Services does not offer insurance and may take about 5 to 7 working days to arrive. If you need your order urgently, please upgrade to courier service at an extra fee.
Free shipping via courier service is offered for every purchase above RM250 in a single transaction and a maximum of 2kg only, unless mentioned otherwise. For orders above 2kg, a flat rate option of RM30 is given and this especially benefit the customers from Sabah & Sarawak.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
At TheLilCaliph our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy, and will work with you until you are.
All the products at TheLilCaliph are selected for their high quality and hip factor! At least one third of the products at TheLilCaliph are the ones we have at home for our own use, and play by our own rascals. Nevertheless for any reason, should you're not happy with your purchases, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money-back policy if your item is returned within 14 days from original shipping date. It can be returned for a complete refund, less the shipping costs, or can certainly be exchanged. We will also gladly issue a store credit for returns made up to 30 days. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges (unless, of course, we are at fault or due to manufacture defects). Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or discount coupon will have the actual cost of shipping and a revised order value subtracted from the refund.
Merchandise must be unopened, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags in place. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered or personalized merchandise, nor items that were purchased on sale or clearance stock.
