I love The Lil Caliph online store not only it is very user friendly, the products selling here are extra ordinary which you could hardly get it from some other local online stores. We were given all kinds of surprises from time to time and believe it or not, I’ve just got a free nursing shawl which is superb quality! It’s totally free! Simply loving it…

I think TLC is better than other online store because:-
a) TLC provide assured quality of products and the expectation gap can be minimized. (lots of example of product viewed on other online store,quality not as expectation)
b)Provide variety of product which reduced consumer’s time to search from other website and economic of scales. With the huge variety of products offered by TLC, able to have economic of scales, reduces the posting costs.
c) provide some of the less popular product (but with quality)/ more advance in variety of product offered (more updated) which is hardly found in other online store. Other online store tend to offer more common items rather than provide consumer the privilages of buying less popular but quality product.

i like the lil caliph better than the other online stores in malaysia because for one thing, ur the only store can carries hotslings, even though i don’t have the moolah to purchase them, huhu. and the owner molina is really friendly and is willing to layan every single email u send even though you end up not buying anything (sorry ek molina). she even offers to meet up with customers who wishes to see the products in real life. that’s the main factor why i keep coming back, it all depends on how friendly the store owner is, don’t you think? (ok i’m babbling here).
anyway, what i would like to see improved is how i can access the TLC blog i think. sometimes i get confused because i’m not sure how i can see all the posts in one page, easier for me to scroll and less hassle. or maybe i’m just technologically-challenged, i dunno. but if it were made to be accessed a bit more easier, i think my pocket would be emptied alot easier =P.

Saya amat menggemari TLC “online store” berbanding “online store” yg lain kerana ia amat menarik utk dilawati, samada utk membeli-belah atau “window shopping” sahaja. Ia seperti membeli-belah di kedai2 barangan bayi yang ternama di kompleks2 membeli belah seperti di KLCC, The Curve dan Mid Valley. Cuma yang tidak “bestnya” saya tidak dapat membelek barangan tersebut dgn tangan saya hehehe. Akan tetapi ilustrasi yang menarik dan amat jelas warnanya dan diskripsi yg lengkap dipaparkan sudah cukup utk membuat saya amat teruja utk mendapatkan barangan yg dijual. Barangan yg dijual juga tidak dinafikan, adalah barangan yg amat berkualiti dan kebanyakannya “best-selling”. Apa lagi yg anda mahukan dari TLC online store? Semuanya ada di sini. Cuma kalau boleh berilah sedikit diskaun pada “regular customer”. Sekian, terima kasih.

It is the only website I shop online make me feel comfortable in terms of presentation of your products & of coz the services as well. Besides, products that you carry out totally EXCELLENT!
Things to improve:-
1) Perhaps u can try to send email to your customer (those had been reigtser in your account) whenever new product launch. From time to time, customers will always keep in touch of your LASTEST products.
TLC: Hello dear. Yes we do actually have our bi-monthly newsletter. But it has been on-hold for quite some months as I was too tied up then. I will hire someone to do it in future but in the mean time, do subscribe to our blog by email. It’s easier to update this blog somehow :p

Saya pernah juga cuba membeli-belah di “baby online store” yg lain, tetapi tidaklah rasa “convenient” seperti membeli-belah di TLC “online store”. Boleh saya katakan store2 yg lain itu ada yg kelam-kabut, ilustrasi barangannya yg tidak jelas dan diskripsi juga tidak lengkap. Tetapi TLC “online store” amat mudah utk difahami, teratur dan amat menarik. Cara pembayaran juga amat mudah dan cepat prosesnya. Tuan punya “store” ini juga amat peramah dan sangat “helpful”

I saw your online store thru a friend of mine & I really love the items you are selling. Although I’m unable to purchase for my own use bcoz my children are all primary school students already but it would be an excellent gift ideas for my pregnant friends & their newborns + birthday gifts for all my friends’ babies. Your offered items so special & they are hard to find in the Malaysia market. I also wish to see more items in your website which are suitable for school going children too. Hope your business will continue to prosperous.

I really loike TLC because it is a very user friendly website and I love the products that TLC has in store for mothers like me - it caters the needs for most modern moms and their lil’ precious out there, like what the tagline promises, ‘With the love for mom and babies’ - exactly!
Also, the products are all very unique, branded and from overseas - which I cant find in the local stores here. My hubby has also admited to the fact that TLC offers very cute baby items that he himself as a guy can understand why mommys like myself get so crazy over the cute little things!
Basically I think TLC is already a complete website.. not much to improve - it is already there as an online store that has made it :). I am still wondering how Molina does it - admire her for creating this online business and constantly bringing in new products as well as hosting a lot of promotions and giveaways at the same time. Congrats!

I love your website because the ’store’ has a neat and clutter-free interface, products are categorized very clearly too, thus making it super easy for visitors to browse and shop around. On top of that, the colour theme and graphics used complement each other very well, exuding a more modern e-store.

Besides that, I am actually very impressed that TLC actually brought in cool imported parenting products that are not available locally despite the high $$$. This has definitely given more options for parents and gift-buyers alike, who do not want to go through the fuss of buying directly from international e-stores.

Honestly I love Lil Caliph compared to other online store, especially when I am looking good, useful and high quality products (which many comes from overseas) for babies/kids and I know there can be no other online store than Lil Caliph which cater for my needs.
What I would hope Lil Caliph to improve perhaps is having a referral or some kind of points system for her customers who purchase or introduce Lil Caliph to other customers (who in turn, made purchase from Lil Caliph).

Hi, overall I like the look and feel of your website. Simple but nice :).
Some suggested rooms for improvements include:
1. To avoid having broken links e.g. the link to “specials” is broken
2. To have another tab/ category named “shipping and payment” instead of putting it under “customer care”. I won’t expect this info under customer care. I would expect “contacts” under customer care instead. If online customer care services is possible would be nice. So people can ask questions abt products b4 purchasing
3. As i click on “contact us” i saw the holiday notice which i would think would be appropriate to display on front page of the website i.e. home site. Otherwise people will not know and maybe wondering why their emails/smss or calls not being answered ;p
4. Maybe a search with price range instead og manufacturer alone can be considered

I am attracted to be here today because of the Elmo giveaway contest.
My kids love ELMO.
Although I never thought that I will be so lucky to get freebies, but I will still leave a comment here.
The product I am most interested with your website is the Avent BPA free bottles, as this is the only website in Malaysia I found selling the Avent BPA free bottles. But my kids are both using 330ml bottles already, while Avent BPA series still yet to have BPA free bottles for this size. Hope they will produce it and you will bring it in to Malaysia market soon.

I simply love your esstore compared to other esstore! For real!
Yours is just sooo simple to navigate! Just one or two clicks and I’m there already! I don’t have to go through this and that categories, and then this and that subcategories. And click next and next and next so many times to view all the pages before finally getting lost in the middle of e-window shopping LOL!!
Simplicity is ALWAYS the best. Especially for us mothers who barely have that much of time trying to browse everything before the baby cries for milk.

the first time i saw this webpage, i fell in love with it…very user friendly, interesting to browse through and have variety of good quality stuffs that cannot be found in any other Malaysian online stores…
i waould like to suggest, as it bears the name of the lilcaliph, perhaps you could put some stuffs such as educational toys or books or apparels that are related to little caliph (islamic based)for our children …that would be great…

Ops, wouldnt wanna miss this one! My suggestions:
1. Do forum for people to discuss on which one to buy
2. Put ads column so you gain some money from ppl who wants to ad in your store. But cheap2 one ah!

i love this website because it’s colourful..even my daughter loves it and she thought it’s budak2 punyer site…the layout is attractive, easy to find the stuffs that you want, user-friendly..
maybe you can put a shout out box at ur site, easy to interact with you…
TLC: I don’t really prefer a shout-box because old messages are gone for good. I would prefer a comment box that messages can still be read by new comers. Save of a lot of my time to re-answer previously answered questions. But thanks for the idea anyway

I am from Penang and have made a purchase from LilCaliph once. Although there are many online stores already available in Penang, I will continue to purchase from LilCaliph because of the following reasons:-
1) Prompt Delivery of purchased products
2) Relatively cheaper priced products even though I had to take into account delivery charges
3) Prompt response to queries and questions made to this website

I’ve purchased items from this site before and I enjoy shopping here because aside from a nice and user-friendly site, it has got a lot of products and many brands, some of which no found on other sites.
Prices are reasonable too compared to some others.
However, I’ve not recently purchased anything yet from here, but based on my previous experience, i think the payment method can be improved.

I love Lil Caliph compared to other online stores because I simply loved browsing at it to check the latest gadgets for moms and babies.
I hope Lil Caliph can perhaps take note at making the term used on the web more readable at one guess?
I just realised that PRE-LOVED @ BARGAINS is a section for “used items” for sale. I thought PRE-LOVED is a brand on its own and bargains means there’s promotion for this brand. Sorry for my earlier comment post..

I love Lil Caliph compared to other online stores because I am always asked by my friends is there such and such products for moms and babies, and I know I can always turn to Lil Caliph if it cannot be found elsewhere.
I hope Lil Caliph can have referral program to encourage people to recommend your site or products? Well actually I feel this giveaway works as well

i’ve once bought 3 pairs of mini kurung (cotton pumpkin). it was really nicely sewn.the material (japanese cotton) was very suitable for kids.
at thelilcaliph i can shop almost everything every mother needs. the product are really in trends.though some products a bit pricy but for me its really worth buying and very convinience to shop for.hope in future there’ll be more products coming including for mommy’s.

I love Lil Caliph compared to other online stores because I love to keep myself updated with useful and practical babies and mommies products and Lil Caliph provides me an avenue for it.
I hope Lil Caliph can have some kind of auto-alert or notice for every new products on the lookout or on shelves.

One thing I came across that I like is the articles you entered for organic products, for chemicals in shampoo etc.. That is great knowledge.. Maybe you can include (if u got time dear in ur bz schedule) other articles, once a month perhaps according to different topics.. maybe related to ur products eg safety - the seatbelt adjuster which i think is great stuff for kids who like to feel like an adult, or carseat or booster seat is too large for the car.. maybe u can invite some professionals to give their opinions on certain matter - eczema, hypoallergenic products etc.. or maybe just simple things like how to entertain ur kids in a long journey..
anything under the sun!..
will write more if there are more ideas in my head!.. take care..!

I have been TLC’s customer and introduced this website since I knew that I’m pregnant on Dec 2007. Since that time I always browsing to know the new product related to my stage of pregnancy and really adore and excited to buy anything related to my coming baby. I really thanks God to introduced me this one stop online shopping as I’m consider a busy mommy to shopping baby’s stuff outside. Perhaps can bring in chic nursing wear? Your collections are very limited I would say.
TLC: I admit that :p We do a lot of searching but the ones chic are expensive, and the ones cheaper not so attractive. I would prefer the former ones but worry if people is reluctant of the price ;p

I rarely shop online but I love to shop at thelilcaliph because of the product selling there .. macam-macam ada! (actually baru sekali je pun shopping kat sini..hehe) .. some of the product is rare and cannot found in Malaysia. Baru je beli hotslings from thelilcaliph and I really like that hotslings. Service pun excellent and the best part Molina herself deliver it to me and demo me how to wear it.. baguskan

Personally, I think for some (not many actually) products, it’s quite pricey (for me..)..so I always look forward to items on discount/sale.

after browsing thru many times this website, i really like it, thanx to my wife for introducing it to me…. none others are celebrating their anniversary by giving a lot of gifts to their customers, u r the only one…keep it up!

I love Lil Caliph compared to other online stores because I loved seeing the varieties of products and special items found there.
I hope Lil Caliph can introduce kids products as well since Molina would have personal experience what kind of products available. With Que brothers slowly growing up.

Is it possible to have ‘rewards redemption programme”? ie via points collected by customers when they make purchase from tlc..a kind of thanking loyal /repeat customers and to encourage new customers to come and purchase again and again..

why i like the caliph site:
1. very user-friendly. The segment very clear, every page we can see the pictures and description.
2. Items and price given in details. I like and appreciate it
3.Payment methods and shipping clearly stated.
4.Categories are varieties, make customer know to find what they want.
May suggest:
1. Should put comment especially positive comments from buyers.
2. One slot under hottest/most selling items
TLC: We do have review column. We keep getting emails from satisfied customers but most of them didn’t bother to write on review for others to share. We are pushing for customers to place a review now. That would be the next giveaway after May I guess :p Hot selling items coming up later.

hello dear..! seems u really have a long endless journey reading all comments n replying each n everyone of them.. really enjoyed reading the comments n ur replies too!.. keep it up dear..! well.. wish i got more pre-loved to be bargained, but most of my stuffs r @ PIL’s.. n most of them were not in mint condition due to the long duration in boxes packed unprofessionally n being squish-squashed with each other.. insya Allah, with more things bought from TLC, i am sure i can have more pre-loved to bargain.. well.. definitely not letting go my PISA yet.. hehehe.. still awaiting for the next ones to come.. that one is one damn good investment!.. never regretted spending more than RM1.5K for a breastpump!.. (well.. got free gifts too!!
